    Dust sheets down, isolation agreed, cables run properly. We work to BS 7671 and keep you posted each day rather than disappearing.

    Test, certify, tidy

    Everything is tested and you get the right certificate for the job, plus the site left cleaner than we found it.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Surveys and quotes are free and there's no obligation. For larger projects we'll put the scope in writing so you can compare like for like.

How quickly can you come out?

For faults and emergencies we aim for same or next day across Romford, Hornchurch and the surrounding area. Planned work is usually booked within the week.

I'm a landlord — how often do I need an EICR?

In England, privately rented homes need an Electrical Installation Condition Report at least every five years, and at the start of a new tenancy. We test, report and carry out any remedial work, then issue the certificate.

How long does a full rewire take?

A typical three-bedroom house is around five to ten working days depending on access and whether it's occupied. We'll give you a day-by-day plan before we start.

Can you work with my builder or architect?

Yes — a large part of our work is first and second fix alongside other trades. We're used to programme dates, drawings and site meetings.

Do you install EV chargers and solar?

Yes. We handle the supply, load calculation, cable route and commissioning for EV charge points, and design solar and battery systems around your actual consumption.

What certificate do I get?

It depends on the job — an Electrical Installation Certificate for new circuits, a Minor Works Certificate for alterations, or an EICR for an inspection. You get the paperwork on completion, not weeks later.
